ramble |
a friday night at
TTs, kicking off a great lineup that included our friends the fly seville. despite
our relatively early start time, familiar and not-so familiar faces showed up to see us,
and as far as we can tell, we pulled off our set with hadrly a hitch. chris thinks
maybe we should have stopped before the weddoes cover, but others beg to differ. 'TF'
needs a real title, because the temporary one is kinda embarrasing (we'll never tell). aaron perrino solo was a treat (nice cover of the cure's
'fascination street'), the fly seville were pop-tastic (hey, their album is done!), and
the prom proved that you don't necessarily need guitars to bring the hooks... just a
couple keyboards and a mighty-fine rhythm section.
