Pixies Resurrection In Progress

Yes, the Pixies are playing in May at Coachella in Cali. This much we know. The real question remains: Is this a one-off reunion, or just the start of something bigger?

Pixies Confirm Comeback Tour

The Pixies have officially confirmed they are to reunite for a full tour this year.

Details are expected to be revealed later today with gigs at London’s Brixton Academy and major UK festivals, including Glastonbury, V and T in the Park, all strongly rumoured.

The indie legends, who split in 1993, had already been announced as one of the acts at this year’s Coachella festival in California.

A spokesman for the band has now revealed that more shows will be taking place and are due to be confirmed imminently.
